GameChanger5Game.com respects the rights of creators and copyright owners. We follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond quickly to valid copyright complaints.

If you believe any content on our website uses your copyrighted work without permission, you can ask us to remove it by sending a notice as explained below.

To help us find and review the content, your notice must include all of the following:

  • Your full name, postal address, phone number and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or URLs on our site where the content appears.
  • Proof that you own the work or are authorised to act for the owner.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices that miss any of these details may not be processed.

Email your notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. You can also use our Contact Us page and choose “Copyright / DMCA” as the subject.

We review every valid notice within 2 business days. If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the content. We will reply to you by email once action is taken.

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice. It must include your contact details, the URL of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe was removed by mistake, and your signature. We will review it and may restore the content if the claim was wrong.

We take copyright seriously. If the same material is reported again after a valid notice, we will remove it permanently.

Please make sure your claim is correct before you send it. Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a false claim may be held responsible for damages. If you are not sure whether your rights are affected, we suggest you speak to a lawyer first.
